FAQ – Ski Building Workshop & Custom Skis

The workshop price includes all materials for building a ski or snowboard/splitboard. Bindings/skin skins, special hardwood veneers, laser engravings and inlays, as well as custom shapes and carbon fiber are not included.

The base price for a custom ski includes all materials for building a ski or snowboard/splitboard. Design options vary in price (see plastic, wood, or wood-design topsheet).

After the workshop, our team will then meticulously attention to detail the base of your skis or snowboard. Depending on the work steps, such as tuning, laser engraving, or binding mounting, your skis or snowboard will need approximately two to three weeks before they are fully ready for use.

• Saturday: We start at 8:00 AM and plan to finish around 6:00 PM.
• Sunday: The day begins at 9:00 AM and ends around 5:00 PM.

With our Custom Skis, we manufacture the ski individually according to your wishes – you receive your tailor-made skis without lifting a finger.
At the Ski Building Workshop, you build your own skis under professional guidance. This way, you experience the entire ski manufacturing process up close and go home with a self-built ski.

No, bindings are not included. However, we offer a select range of race, touring, and freetour bindings. We'd be happy to advise you on your choice.

You can either create your design yourself or add our Design Help service.
With Design Help, we take care of the design for you: You provide us with ideas, logos, or images, and we create a professional, print-ready design. This way, even without graphic design experience, you can ensure that your skis or snowboard look exactly as you envisioned.

Yes, that's easily possible. Your voucher value will remain valid and can be flexibly applied to our custom skis or other offers. You decide whether you want to attend a ski building workshop or order a custom-made ski.

• Plastic Topsheet: Robust, glossy surface like that of standard skis; with photorealistic designs; full-color printing possible; lead time approx. 4 weeks
• Wood Veneer Topsheet: Natural wood grain, elegant one-of-a-kind piece made from fine woods (bamboo, walnut, etc.); simple look; lead time 2–3 days
• Wood Design Topsheet: Combination of wood veneer with inlays or laser engravings; detailed designs; lead time approx. 4 weeks

All options can be implemented with your own designs or via our Design Help.
